Our double rooms only have double beds inside, they cannot be separated into two beds. We do not have any twin rooms at The Omega Hotel, just single, double and triple rooms.
We do not provide spare beds in the rooms. Our rooms are designed with size in mind, in order to hold the maximum number of people as specified in the room name (single, double or triple) please choose the correct room type for the amount of people visiting. Unfortunately we do not have cots either so if a new born is coming please bring a portable cot or sleeper.
Babies up to one years old can stay for free, while using existing bedding and linen. We do not provide cots or sleepers so please bring your own if staying with a new born. Children over one years old are charged as adults and if a couple are arriving with a child a triple room will need to be booked.
No, the entire hotel is NO SMOKING. Smoking anywhere on the premises may result in a £100 fine to cover deep cleaning costs and you will be asked to leave the hotel.
Unfortunately not, the hotel has twenty very busy rooms which are constantly occupied, check out time will be at 11am to allow us to change, clean and prepare the room for our next guests who will check in from 2pm. We would love to offer this service, however we are unable to.
We can arrange a taxi to take you back to the airport, however we do not arrange picks ups, you will need to call a taxi company. The taxi company we recommend on the site is efficient and cheap, to book this yourself you would need your flight details and times.

Yes, we have a 24 hour reception and you can check in at anytime during your arrival day. If you your flight is delayed or there are any issues please let us know. If you are unable to check in before 11 am the next day and do not tell us your booking will be considered a no show and therefore cancelled. You will be charged the entire cost of the intended stay.
Yes, in reception we offer a free printing service, each person can use up to 10 pages for free.
We have maps and information leaflets in reception, please help yourself. If you have any further questions or need advice our friendly knowledgeable staff will be more than happy to help you.
Unfortunately not, our rooms have a maximum capacity and for insurance and fire regulation we cannot have more than the maximum number of people allowed in the rooms. Single room – 1 adult or 1 child only, double room – 2 adults or 1 adult 1 child or 2 children only, triple room – 2 adults 1 child or 1 adult 2 children or 3 children only (all our triple rooms have 1 double bed and 1 single bed only, they are designed for families and not suitable for 3 adults).
We always advise our customers not to drink the tap water especially if arriving from different countries. In reception we have cold filter water which you can drink. We also provide free tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities in reception.
Yes in the rooms we have free Wi-Fi at your disposal, we also have safes in the rooms too for that added extra security.
Our rooms have telephones which can dial room to room and we are able to send incoming calls to the hotel to your room however the phones do not have an outside line.
Yes, please call the hotel directly before making a room booking if you want to book parking just to make sure we have a space available as the hotel only has 3 car parking spaces. Please also make sure your car is not over 15 feet or 4 metres from bumper to bumper otherwise it will not fit into our spaces (for example long wheel base transits will not fit in our parking).
You can request a specific room or floor and we will try our very best to accommodate however we can never guarantee this request due to the nature of bookings and how the hotel fills up. Please note that all our rooms are of same size and decor and have exactly the same amenities, all rooms are newly refurnished and offer the same level of comfort whichever floor they are on.

Paddington is a very good area for tourists, not only is it very safe and like a small community, it has multiple restaurants, pubs and bars. Take a look at our attractions page for more details on this.
Paddington (Bakerloo Line, Hammersmith & City Line, District Line, Circle Line, Main Line Trains and Heathrow Express) is the closest station roughly three minutes walking distance. Lancaster Gate (Central Line) is also close, just a six minute walk away.

Unfortunately not, due to health and safety and fire risks we do not allow any cooking devices or heating devices in the rooms, this is for your safety and the safety of the other guests.
Due to the size of the hotel we are unable to take large groups of guests, this is due to us wanting all of our guests to be happy in our hotel and large groups tend to cause noise issues. If a large group were to turn up at the hotel they may be turned away, and the deposit may be lost.
