Payment Policy:

Booking a Room:
When making a booking a one night deposit will be charged per room. The balance for the room is payable at check in.

Booking a Non-Refundable Room:
When making a booking the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:

For a Room:
If cancelled up to 72 hours before 2pm on date of arrival, the one night deposit will be refunded. If cancelled or modified later, the one night deposit will not be refunded.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
When booking a room where a ‘minimum night stay’ applies, the booking cannot be shortened to less than the stated minimum amount of nights.
If you need to cancel or shorten your stay once you have arrived a minimum of 3 nights from when you give us notice will be charged.

For a Non-Refundable Room:
Rooms or dates cannot be cancelled or modified in any way. The room cannot be resold, only the named guest on the original reservation can check into the room.
